DHL eCommerce × Correios de Portugal — EU-Approved Joint Venture

The European Commission unconditionally approved the DHL eCommerce and Correios de Portugal joint venture under EU Merger Regulation. The JV combines DHL's international parcel network with Portugal's national postal infrastructure, strengthening last-mile delivery capabilities across the Iberian Peninsula and EU cross-border corridors.
