EPH × TotalEnergies — TTEP: Europe's 2nd Largest Flexible Power Generation JV (14 GW)

EPH and TotalEnergies completed a 50/50 joint venture creating TTEP — the 2nd largest flexible power generation company in Europe. TTEP operates 14 GW of flexible gas, biomass and battery storage assets across five EU markets. EPH received approximately 95.4 million TotalEnergies shares (4.2% stake). The JV has a 5 GW project pipeline for battery energy storage and flexible gas generation, serving as the essential balancing force for Europe's decarbonising grid.
