Google Cloud × Verizon — Enterprise AI Partnership Expansion

Google Cloud and Verizon announced an expanded strategic partnership to deploy Google Cloud's full-stack AI, including Gemini Enterprise, across Verizon's customer service, network operations, marketing, and employee workflows. Gemini already handles the majority of Verizon's inbound consumer calls and chats, with the expanded deal adding AI-driven prediction and resolution of network anomalies.
