Groupe BPCE × Nexity — Residential Real Estate Distribution Joint Venture in France

French banking group Groupe BPCE and real estate developer Nexity entered exclusive negotiations to form a joint venture combining Nexity’s distribution subsidiaries iSelection and Perl with BPCE Solutions immobilières. The joint venture serves property developers by marketing new and renovated homes to retail investors and first-time buyers through the Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne networks. Targeted for operational launch no later than January 1, 2027, the JV creates one of France’s largest integrated real estate distribution platforms.
