Humanoid × Schaeffler — Europe’s First Humanoid Robotics Unicorn: $152M Series A at $1.35B Valuation

UK-based Humanoid announced a $152 million Series A at a $1.35 billion post-money valuation, becoming Europe's first pure-play humanoid robotics unicorn. The round was led by Prime Movers Lab with participation from Schaeffler, Bosch and Fubon Financial. Humanoid signed the industry's largest publicly announced commercial agreement with Schaeffler for large-scale deployment of thousands of humanoid robots in manufacturing environments. Robert Bosch Robotics GmbH also entered a manufacturing partnership with Humanoid. Additional partnerships with SAP, NVIDIA and Siemens. Beta robots roll out to customers in Q4 2026 across logistics, manufacturing and retail.
