UniCredit × Accenture × IBM — European Banking Technology Restructuring

Accenture agreed to acquire IBM's majority stake in V-TServices, the technology joint venture managing a significant portion of UniCredit's IT infrastructure across its thirteen European markets, giving the pan-European banking group tighter control over its technology evolution, cloud, data, and AI implementation, while IBM continues to supply IBM Z platforms, software, and consulting.
